PetX™ Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PetX™, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and procedures for handling lost or damaged shipments.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after being placed.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been shipped.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, high demand periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

2.1. Domestic (United States) Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-9 business days.
  • Available for all orders within the contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

2.2. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Any updates regarding international shipping availability will be communicated on our website.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (USA)

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
  • A flat rate of $5 applies to orders under $50.

Expedited Shipping (USA)

  • Costs vary based on the size and weight of the order and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the provided tracking number at www.petx.store/track-order.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
    • Adverse weather conditions.
    • Carrier-related delays.
    • High shipping volume during peak seasons.
    • Unforeseen logistical disruptions.
  • PetX™ is not responsible for carrier delays but will provide assistance in tracking delayed shipments.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

6.1. Lost Packages

  • If tracking information indicates that the package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the following steps should be taken:
    • Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
    • Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.
  • If the package cannot be located, the customer must notify support@petx.store within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • PetX™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

6.2. Damaged Packages

  • If an order arrives damaged, the customer must:
    • Retain all original packaging materials.
    • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
    • Contact support@petx.store within 48 hours of delivery with the necessary documentation.
  • If damage is verified, PetX™ will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

7.1. Order Modifications

  • Customers may request a change to their shipping address or order details within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • After 24 hours, modifications may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipment.

7.2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed.
